By law, you can get a tattoo from the age of 16 by filling out a parental consent form, but I only recommend it over the age of 18, since then you are both physically and mentally mature enough to make a life-long decision about your body.

In short, you can clean it with water, but never soak it, use tattoo aftercare cream with clean hands, don’t let it dry out, but don’t over-cream it either. Hide it from the sun until you have fully recovered, but also don’t sweat under clothes and be very careful about hygiene. I’ll tell you more about the aftercare in person.

Being tattooed hurts quite a bit, but I haven’t had a guest who gave up after a few minutes, neither will you. It depends on the person and body part.

This is unfortunately the least frequently asked question, but perhaps one of the most important. If I had to answer in a few words, I would say don’t drink alcohol, but drink as much water as you can, eat and get enough sleep a day before your appointment. Don’t shave or depilate the surface of your future tattoo, I’ll take care of that.
